These ongoing relationships allow us to consistently deliver the high standard of fresh product and excellent taste for which we are known. With 90% of our stock sourced directly from the producer, we are also pleased to be able to deliver full product traceability to our clients.

Dardanup Butchering Company works with a select group of local farmers. Located mainly in Western Australia’s pristine South West region, our relationship with some date back many years, built on mutual respect, trust and a shared commitment to premium, sustainable produce that tastes great.

All of our beef, lamb and pork is attentively monitored throughout the farming stage to ensure the product is of the best quality before processing – a paddock to plate quality guarantee.
